Brand conversion is calculated as ‘The number of shoppers buying the brand’ divided by ‘The number of shoppers considering the brand’.
Retailer conversion is calculated as ‘The number of shoppers buying from the retailer’ divided by ‘The number of shoppers visiting the retailer’.
