What is it?
- UserVoice is a client feedback platform designed to collect ideas, understand user needs, and help prioritize product development based on real user input.
- Use it to share your ideas on how we can improve and build a better gfknewron platform.
How can you use it?
- When logged into gfknewron, click the ? icon at the top right of the platform and select "Share your idea" to access UserVoice.
- Browse or search existing ideas using the Categories panel or Search bar, and cast your vote for those you'd like to support.
- You can also submit a new idea, which will be reviewed and made visible within 2 working days.
- Our Voice of Customer team may reach out for clarification where needed.
- Ideas will be reviewed for feasibility and the status will be updated accordingly.
- Please note: not all ideas can be implemented immediately due to internal planning and prioritization processes.
