Resetting your password

To use gfknewron you’ll need to have your own account set up. Use the magic link you received by email to get started.

If you have an account but can’t log in, first check that your email and password are entered correctly. Your email address must be the one used for your gfknewron account.

If you are having issues signing in, you may need to reset your password. Select the Don't remember your password? link to reset your password.

To reset your password

1. Visit platform.gfk.com and select Login.
2. Select Don't remember your password?
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the email address you use to sign in.
   
   
   
   
4. Check your inbox and follow the instructions on the email you have just received.
