Revenue Premium
What is Revenue Premium?
Definition: Revenue premium represents the income generated from a brand’s superior market positioning, calculated by multiplying the number of units sold by the average price premium.
Context: This metric demonstrates the financial benefit of strong brand perception and its impact on sales revenue.
Example: For a brand with an average price premium of 34.55€ per unit and sales of 110 units, the revenue premium would be 3800€. (Units x Price premium)
