Troubleshooting market selection

When selecting a market in gfknewron, available locations will change for each product group. You should be able to access data for each market you're subscribed to. 

Before you select the context, ensure you have an account set up and you are not using Internet Explorer.

If you’re still having no luck, there’s a few things to try. 

  1. Hit the refresh button on your browser (or even closing and reopening the whole thing).
  2. Try logging out of gfknewron and logging back in again. 
  3. Still having trouble? raise a support ticket via the Feedback tab or contact GfK support. It could be a problem with your account.
