Improve your conversion rates: get key insights on lost shoppers in 3 easy steps.
Identify which percentage of shoppers consider your brand but end up purchasing from a competitor. See which brands these consumers are purchasing, analyze their demographic profile, and the reasons behind their purchase.
Use these insights to analyze your “lost shoppers” in detail, measuring your brand conversion rate and how this compares to competitors to refine your targeting and increase shopper conversions.
Step 1 In “Consumer Intelligence” navigate to “Brands > Brand Conversion”. Scroll down to the “Brand Lost Shoppers” chart. This shares the percentage of people who consider each brand but purchased another. |
Step 2
Scroll up again to the “Brand Conversion Funnel” chart and open the filter tray at the top of the page. Under “Purchase > Brand > Brand Lost Shoppers” select your brand and click “Apply”. The chart now shows the group of customers who considered your brand but purchased another, and which of your competitors you lost them to.
Step 3
Now you’ve quantified your “Lost Shoppers” and seen which competitors they are purchasing from. Use this filter on any chart in the “Shoppers” tab — allowing you to see their purchase drivers, demographic profiles, media touchpoints, and more.
